Dry Dock Seafood Restaurant in Siler City

Food was bomb. We had our family Christmas dinner here. We got everyone all in one room. Perfect for family gatherings.

Great Food and Great People that work there.

Attended a birthday party for a friend who turned 82. Staff was very attentive, service was over and beyond! Everyone bragged on their food being good. I ordered fried oysters and I think they were the best Ive ever had anywhere...absolutely cooked to perfection! I was pleasantly surprised!

This place is one of the best seafood places west of Washington. I had the Shrimp which were cooked to perfection. The tea at this restaurant is excellent, not too sweet which a lot of restaurants tend to do. Good location with a large parking lot and easy to find. Would recommend this place to anyone looking seafood.

Always go here when we visit family, last time the food was greasy and upset our stomachs which made a miserable trip back to Ga. Alot of food for the money. Cheap compared to anywhere else.

Called at 8:15pm and was told your close for the night if y'all would like to change the times that's fine but don't be close when it's not the schedule time.

I don't know what has happened to the dry dock but this is the second time in about 6 months that we have went there the food and service is terrible. This use to be the best place to get seafood but it has just went down hill.

We go to this restaurant when we are in the area. The food is good and they give you plenty to eat. Prices are reasonable.

Food was great, large portions. Our waitress was great! They should tell you when you do call ahead seating that they automatically had a 15% gratuity, no matter how many in your party.

Great quantity and quality

excellent white fish. cooked perfectly. Cole slaw is delicious too. My husband likes the ribs too. everything comes out hot and fresh. owner, Lee, ensures customers are happy and food is all good. they even have baked sweet potatoes as well as regular baked potatoes. we'll be back

Best seafood in N.C.. I like their oyster stew. Friendly management and waitresses. Top service, and have rooms for parties.

Always good food. We had so much food leftover that my grandson and my husband were able to eat the leftovers for lunch the next day. Wonderful. friendly, long time employees, and like I said, great food.

Food was ok not great server was very good

We were by there on Sunday for takeout expecting our usual great meal, but very disappointed. Great food but very small quantity for $14.00 per plate. Used to large plates there

Best seafood place around you won't be disappointed

Great Seafood, bigger portions than Bay Breeze in Sanford, NC. The batter on the shrimp is better flavor too. The crab legs are better bigger portions for less money. The scallops were bigger than golf balls and cooked to perfection. A really great place for seafood.

Seafood heaven. Well prepared. Comfortable atmosphere and seating. Staff are professionals. Popcorn Shrimp/Chicken Plate is very good and popular; crispy too. I enjoy myself everytime.

I grew up in Siler City so I've been going to Dry Dock since its existence. I still say they have the best hush puppies around. That's my favorite part. The other food is okay but certainly not the best I ever had. I had the flounder and popcorn shrimp on this last visit along with a garden salad. It was Sunday lunch so they were quite busy. We did have to wait a while, but the food was good and service was good as well. It's about the only seafood choice in Siler City unless you want to drive somewhere else. If you hit them at a peak time (like Sunday after church) then plan to wait a little bit.

Even though the restaurant is closed the take out is open and going strong. Their food is outstanding 👍 and they are very very fast.

Appears to be a family owned, family style restaurant. Food was excellently prepared. Service was top notch.

The trout was terribly "fishy". My husband's flounder was bad too. Soggy too the only decent thing that I ordered was a very delicious baked sweet potato. Anyone can bake one of the most plentiful foods in NC.

One of the best seafood restaurant's in chatham County! The staff is well mannered. Your food is to your table in a timely manner. Even on very busy days. Prices are reasonable.

So very good as always. Tina, our server has been there a long time. She was very nice and quick. The food was incredible. I love the hush puppy rings.

My meal was excellent!!! My fish and shrimp meal was very good with vegetables and everything was cooked just right! My vegetables was not hard and crunchy, but they were perfect! I will be coming back! Thank you so much!

I have always loved dry dock seafood. The shrimp salad is usually good. But tonight it was bad. It had alot of lettuce and the shrimp was also good. The issue is with the veggies. The onions and tomatoes looked liked they were chopped with a butter knife. Big chunks of tomatoes and onions. The salad looked liked it was just thrown together in a rush. I even found the core of lettuce mixed in. Plus my server didn't even refill my tea one time until I left to see if I wanted anything else. I usually don't have a problem here but tonight seemed to be an off night for them.

I got the large combination of white fish and popcorn shrimp. I normally finish my plate but I had to get a takeout box. It was good;I probably ate too many hushpuppies before the food came.

I've been going here since I was a child and the food has done nothing but get better since. There's always plenty of seating for big families or small. I suggest getting the shrimp sensation!

So now we now know why the parking lot was packed at 2 p.m. on a Sunday! ! The portions are so large. My husband had the best chicken fingers. I got the fisherman's Platter and the left overs will last me 3 more meals. I would pass on the deviled crab as it was all bread stuffing; but the fish, scallops and shrimp were excellent. The half and half sweet tea is still too sweet. The hush puppy circles are really perfect. The brownie alla mode was so good too.

The food here it great and you get plenty. Make sure you are hungry because the portions are huge. Very reasonable pricing and definitely family friendly. We have always had good service here as well.
